Terms of Service
Effective September 5, 2026
1. The service
LSAT Crusher provides LSAT practice questions, analytics, study planning, and an AI tutor. It is a study tool, not a guarantee of any particular test result except as expressly stated in Section 5.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. One person per account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, redistribute, or resell our questions, explanations, or AI responses. Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or plan limits, or to access other users' data.
4. Plans, trials, and billing
- The Free plan is free. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Intensive) are billed monthly through Stripe.
- Paid plans begin with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is collected at checkout; you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
- You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email.
5. Pro 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are on the Pro plan and are not satisfied, email support@lsatcrusher.io within 30 days of your first charge for a full refund of that charge. Where a score-improvement guarantee is shown in the app, its specific eligibility conditions (baseline diagnostic, minimum practice volume, verified official score) are stated on that page and control.
6. Content
Our questions are original works written to mirror LSAT style. LSAT is a trademark of the Law School Admission Council, which is not affiliated with and does not endorse this product. AI-generated explanations can be wrong; use your judgment.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
